All transport pickups require prior appointment scheduling. Our pickup days are Tuesday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please ensure that you book your appointment no later than 3 p.m. the day before your requested date.

Please note that a release must be on file for your appointment to be confirmed.


On the scheduled appointment date, the driver is required to call one hour before arrival without exception. Remember to bring a valid ID and printed auction paperwork; screenshots from your phone will not be accepted.


A $35 no-show fee will be applicable if the driver fails to arrive by 2 pm.




We do not offer same-day appointments.


You will need your full VIN to pull up your account.


Please be sure to select the correct appointment type.

A vehicle release must be on file before booking a redemption appointment. Confirm with your lien holder that the release has been sent before booking your appointment.


Your appointment will be rejected if the vehicle release is not on file. 


You will receive a confirmation via the communication method of your choosing.


The confirmation will include your appointment date, time, and if any fees are due.  If you do not receive a confirmation within two hours please call our office at (407)487-9355. Only the vehicle's registered owner can redeem the vehicle or property. You will be required to provide a valid ID and the key.
